Segregated and non segregated phase bus

This kind of bus duct can be either segregated or non-segregated phase: copper bars are typically applied as the conductor, while a single aluminium enclosure is common for the three phases.

The insulators may be either porcelain or cast resin. Internal conductors could be either bare or insulated by means of heat-shrinkable tape or other suitable insulating system.

A bolted cover on the top can be removed to allow maintenance and eventual replacements.
