Alfa Standard is an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company which, since its foundation in 1967, has been using its own specialist expertise to develop a comprehensive range of high performance and reliable isolated phase bus duct (IPB) systems and associated cubicles and compartments, together with other generation bus systems and sub-systems.

Our business
Alfa Standard products meet the requirements of all applicable international standards, such as IEC, ISO, IEEE, ANSI, ASME, etc. as well as a lot of national and regional laws, regulations and standards. Alfa Standard has progressively grown as one of the leading manufacturers of IPB systems in the World, as well as a reliable international partner to supply, design, plan, manufacture, quality assure, test, export, install, commission and maintain its range of products.
A lot of key clients have used Alfa Standard as Turnkey Contractor for IPB supply, installation and commissioning from generators to GSU transformers.
Since 2004 Alfa standard opened a joint venture with Shandong Dachi Electric company to access the Chinese market, thus creating Shandong Alfa Dachi; whilst Alfa Standard remains the primary manufacturing place for projects elsewhere. In the same year, Alfa Standard became the majority shareholder of CGS Instrument Transformers – Monza, a company specialized in manufacturing of current and voltage transformers, with more than a century of history, with a remarkable international experience. All these companies constitute now the Alfa Standard Group, which is 95% owned by the Brulli Family, so continuing our long high quality tradition.

Internal testing facility
Alfa standard is equipped with its internal laboratory & testing facility, to perform all the necessary tests required by the IEEE, IEC standards.
Factory acceptance tests can be performed and witnessed in our factory. Testing process follow the ISO9001 and our Quality Management system requirements.
